What's included in the free plan?
The free plan includes 3 calculations per month and access to 5 core calculators. You can upgrade to Pro (£35/month) for unlimited calculations and all 15+ calculators.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Log into your account and click the "⭐ Upgrade to Pro" button in the header. You'll be taken to our secure Stripe payment page where you can subscribe. You get a 7-day free trial!
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your Pro or Business subscription at any time. Just email us at
takeoffcalculator@gmail.com and we'll cancel it immediately.
Are the calculations compliant with UK standards?
Yes, all calculations follow UK construction standards including BS 594987:2024 for drainage, DOT specifications for manholes, and UK building regulations for groundworks.
Can I export my calculations?
Yes! Pro and Business users can export professional BOQs (Bill of Quantities) as PDF files with all calculations, quantities, and totals.
Do my projects save automatically?
Pro and Business users can save unlimited projects to the cloud. Free users can save projects locally in their browser. Click "Save Project" to save your work.

How accurate are the calculations?
All calculations use industry-standard formulas and UK specifications. However, TakeOffPro is a tool to assist with estimating - always verify calculations and ensure they meet your project requirements.
